+Maria Juan Tomas-Manuel (8/27/1945 - 10/13/2021) died of cancer; Vigil Oct. 19; Mass Oct. 20

María Juan Tomas-Manuel, de 76 años, de East Ridge, Tennessee, falleció el miércoles 13 de octubre de 2021 después de luchar contra el cáncer.

Señora Maria Juan Tomas Manuel, nació el 27 de agosto de 1945 en Aldea Canmox, Hueguetenango Guatemala. Sus hijos son Juan Pedro Juan, Mercedes Pedro Juan, Angelina Francisco Juan y Pedro Jiménez. Todos viven aquí en USA. Ella llegó a los Estados Unidos en el 2020 y era residente de este país. Su vida se fue deteriorando por el cáncer de hígado, y solo duró dos meses con este padecimiento. Esta enfermedad se la llevo muy rápido. Su hijo Pedro es el coordinador de la casa de oración Inmaculada y es muy activo en la Basílica de Santos Pedro y Pablo, por lo que ella se sentía muy orgullosa de Pedro y todos sus hijos.

El velorio de María se llevará a cabo el martes 19 de octubre de 2021 de 11 a. M. A 1 p. M. En Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Capilla Franklin-Strickland, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio de vigilia el martes 19 de octubre de 2021 a la 1:30 pm en Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

El entierro será en Mount Olivet Cemetery a las 3 pm, 1 Mount Olivet Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37412.

Se celebrará una Misa Conmemorativa el miércoles 20 de octubre a las 6:30 pm en la Basílica de los Santos Pedro y Pablo, 214 E 8th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

Mrs. Maria Juan Tomas-Manuel was born on August 27, 1945 in Aldea Canmox, Hueguetenango Guatemala. Her children are: Juan Pedro Juan, Mercedes Pedro Juan, Angelina Francisco Juan, and Pedro Jiménez. They all live here in the USA. She came to the United States in 2020 and was a resident of this country. Her life deteriorated due to liver cancer, and she only lasted two months with this condition. This disease took her very fast. Her son Pedro is the coordinator of the Immaculate House of Prayer and is very active at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. She felt very proud of Pedro and all her children.

Visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 11am to 1pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

A Vigil Service will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 1:30pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

Burial will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery at 3pm, 1 Mount Olivet Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
