Archbishop Shelton Fabre appointed Apostolic Administrator following Bishop Stika's resignation

Bishop Stika announced his retirement on June 27, 2023. Most Reverend Shelton L. Fabre, Archbishop of Louisville, has been appointed by the Holy Father as the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Knoxville until a new bishop is assigned.
