Knights of Columbus Labor Day Picnic, Raffle Ticket Sale, White Elephant Yard Sale

It’s time once again to celebrate a cherished Chattanooga tradition. You are invited to attend the 81st annual Knights of Columbus Labor Day Picnic on September 2nd, 2024— from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM— at Camp Columbus (8601 Camp Columbus Road, Hixon TN). This event is fun for the whole family, with live music, great food, and carnival games for the kids. 

The Knights of Columbus Council 610 will be selling charity raffle tickets after Masses from August 15 through September 1. Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at any time by scanning a QR code displayed near the Basilica entrance (or three for $20 when purchased directly from Council 610). Raffle participants can win up to $1,000 in cash prizes, and all proceeds support the charitable works of Council 610.

The day will begin with a White Elephant Yard Sale at 9:00 AM. Games and activities for the entire family will go on all day.  Charity Bingo will be played throughout the day. and we will serve the BBQ plates from 11:30 AM until 5:00 PM.  Take-out is available by plate or in bulk.  The Barbeque Menu consists of your choice of Beef, Pork or Chicken, accompanied by Potato Salad, Beans, Slaw, Bread and a Beverage.

The price is $11.00 for adults and $7.00 for children. Other concessions will also be available. Proceeds support our charitable activities throughout the year.
