Brown Scapular Enrollment

On Sunday, May 19, at 10:30 am, the rite for the Blessing and Enrollment in the Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel will be offered in the Basilica. This will be near the May 16 feast of St. Simon Stock, who is credited with receiving the scapular from Our Blessed Mother. Participants will need a Brown Scapular and should prepare by reading about the devotion and the Order of Carmel prior to enrolling.
