Reception Ministry Recruiting Volunteers!

Looking for a fun way to get involved in the parish this year? After a year of not being able to have receptions, and many new families having joined our parish, we are restarting a new list of volunteers to help with various receptions that we will be asked to host throughout the year.

Our parish Reception Ministry hosts parish dinners, receptions after funerals, Confirmation, and concerts, as well as occasional coffee and donuts, potlucks, and more.

We need help with planning & coordinating, cooking (often from your own home), serving, and cleaning. We would like to have many volunteers so that not everyone has to help with every reception.

The Reception Ministry is an ideal opportunity for new and long-time parishioners to exercise hospitality, share your talents, get involved in our activities, and connect with fellow parishioners. This ministry works great with flexible schedules and families with small children. You can help from home by contributing food, even if you cannot be present on the day of the event.
