Pray for Hills Baby Max, born with a partially collapsed lung (Update 4/14/24: home from hospital!)

JuliAnna & Peter Hills delivered their fourth baby, Maximilian John, on April 8. Max was born with a partially collapsed lung and he was put on a CPAP machine, some oxygen, and a feeding tube. He needed to learn how to breathe, suck, swallow, and digest.

UPDATE 4/14/24:  Maximilian did it! He is home from the hospital, safe and sound! Thank you for your prayers. Please continue to pray as he develops. 
 

Previous Update

UPDATE 4/12/24 from JuliAnna:  Maximilian is doing very well! His oxygen flow has been reduced and he is getting closer and closer to room air. He also got off his feeding tube this morning and just completed his first bottle feed! If his sugars are good this afternoon, he will remain off of his feeding tube and he will be able to be fed by mom and/or bottle. All good news and we are heading in the right direction! And his IV was removed as well!
